Installation of Automatic Dual Line Lubrication System Products
CISO dual-line lubrication systems should be installed on easily accessible positions of the machine. Connect the two main supply lines to the change-over valve, which alternately pressurizes each line. Mount dual-line metering devices in branch lines as close to lubrication points as possible. Install end-of-line pressure switches at the farthest point on each main line to monitor system pressure and trigger automatic line changeover. All pipelines must be rated to withstand the maximum pump pressure of up to 400 bar.
